TERMS OF SERVICE

YOU MUST READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM US

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND EDITING WITH NO NOTICE. MAKE SURE TO STAY UP TO DATE WITH THIS TOS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. A STATEMENT WILL BE MADE EXPLAINING WHY WE HAVE CHOSEN TO CANCEL THE COMMISSION AND ISSUE A REFUND. WE WILL NEVER CANCEL A COMMISSION FOR ANY NON-VALID REASON.

  • When paying for your product, we take Paypal and Venmo. You must have at least one.

  • You must pay half of the price upfront and half when we are finished making your fursuit. You must also pay shipping costs.

  • There will be no refunds unless it is our fault.

  • Payment plans are available, just DM us to work out what works best for you.

  • We have a 2 week free repair warranty. IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR SUIT INTENTIONALLY IN ANY WAY WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REPAIR REQUESTS. 

  • We will never accept unreasonable deadlines. Working out deadlines can be done through DMs.

  • If you are ordering a fursuit head, you must give us the circumference of your head at the widest point (tip of the nose around the back of the head. 

  • If you are ordering fursuit feetpaws you must give us the shoe size you wear.

  • YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENTS FULLY AND ON TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If you commission us, your private info such as your address and name will not be stored or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your fursuit.

  • We will never accept characters that belong to others. The character you submit MUST be your original character.

  • Payment must be submitted through an adult (18+). NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • You must be 13 or older to commission. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must submit payment themselves. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • By submitting your first payment, you are agreeing to these terms. 

  • If you break any agreement in these terms, your commission will be terminated (You will lose your spot, get no refund, and no fursuit parts of any kind). 

  • If you decide to sell a fursuit made by us, you must include credit. you also must sell it for lower than the price you paid to get it commissioned from us.

  • When posting or sharing your fursuit with others, you MUST give us credit when needed. 

  • WHEN COMMISSIONING US, KNOW WE ARE A FULL TIME STUDENT AT A VERY DIFFICULT SCHOOL. IF AN IMPORTANT TEST OR EVENT IS UPCOMING, WE WILL PUT THAT BEFORE YOUR COMMISSION. UNDERSTAND THAT FURSUIT-MAKING IS NOT OUR FULL TIME JOB. THE PROCESS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN IF WE WERE FULL TIME FURSUIT MAKERS. 

  • The first payment is non-refundable. This covers the cost of materials. 

SUBMITTING QUOTES

  • When submitting a quote, please do so through Instagram DMs. Find us at @Kaiju's_Rage_Creations or @Godzilla_Kamatakun.

  • You must send a photo of your character's REF sheet. Your character must have a proper REF sheet. 

  • BE SPECIFIC WITH DETAILS! Ex: Do we need to make room for glasses? Want us to add any pockets?

  • Be ready to describe everything you want on your fursuit. Ex: more than one tongue? 2D or 3D eyes? Magnetic eyebrows?

  • If you would like any add-ons such as arm sleeves or fins you must say so. 

  • ALWAYS LOOK AT OUR PRICES BEFORE ASKING FOR A QUOTE!

  • YOU MUST SEE OUR TOS BEFORE APPROACHING DMS!

  • ONLY SUBMIT A QUOTE IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING COMMISSIONING!
